Council meeting minutes are available once ratified by Council at their next regularly scheduled meeting.

Minutes of Standing and Advisory Committee meetings are posted in the table below on the day the Council meeting agendas are posted.  Minutes are included in the Council Agenda packages.

All meetings are held in a Hybrid format, in person at the Town Council Chambers at 1000 Taylor Court and electronically on Zoom, unless otherwise noted or directed by Council.

The Meeting Schedule is subject to change, special or additional meetings may be called depending on operational requirements.

Live Meeting Webcasts

For convenience and greater access to Council, the Town offers live internet webcasts of Council and Standing Committee meetings.

When a meeting is in session the live webcasts can be found by visiting the Webcasts page.

Each recorded video is available for viewing on-demand within 3 business days of the meeting.
