Speakers include Craig McDonald, a historian and maple producer who uses the traditional method of boiling sap, 3 cast iron pots over an open fire. The results of a wood ash study is presented by Drs. Yan and Shakira. Small Producers will receive tips on making quality maple syrup. The latest in Maple Research will be presented.
