Every Tuesday at 8:00pm is another chance to win the jackpot.
The game continues until the Ace of Spades is found.
Chase the Ace is a form of lottery that has gained popularity since 2013 in parts of Canada to raise funds for charities. Each week participants buy tickets. A ticket is drawn each week the winner receives a percentage of the weekly sales. The winner also then draws a card from a standard deck of playing cards. If the ace of spades is drawn that weekly winner wins the accumulated jackpot. If not, the reduced deck (minus the cards drawn in search of the ace) is kept for the following week's game. Once the ace is drawn the game is over.
“As always, our lottery fundraising revenue will be kept in our community. We are very excited about the possible revenue it generates and the community projects that will be supported”, said Andrew Smellie, President, Rotary Club of Bracebridge.
Tickets are 3 for $10.00
