In today’s technological world, successful writers and artists use social media to build a following and market their brand and products. Author and speaker, Cindy Watson, brings her social media expertise to the next Muskoka Authors Association meeting on Thursday, April 18. You will learn how to use platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, and You Tube to gain visibility, grow a fan base and community, engage an audience, and sell your brand and product. Cindy will also address more creative options like leveraging Alexa and also share the benefits of options like creating online funnels and CRM systems.
Cindy Watson is the founder of Women On Purpose, and also the founder and managing partner of Watson Labour Lawyers. A graduate of the prestigious Osgoode Hall, Cindy is an experienced and respected attorney, and for the past 30 years has specialized in social justice. She is a sought-after trainer and speaker in the corporate arena, helping to build bridges between men and women in order to aid in productivity, communication and heal gender bias. Cindy is dedicated to breaking down barriers, secure pay equity and to end discrimination. Cindy has a proven track record empowering, advocating, and motivating people to become the best version of themselves.
She is an international speaker, award-winning author and consultant, known for her passion, commitment and ability to inspire.
Cindy has published numerous short stories as well as two books, Unloved and Endangered Animals, and Out of Darkness - The Jeff Healey Story, for which she won the Golden Oak Forest of Reading award. Currently working on her next book The Art of Feminine Negotiation - How to Get what you Want from the Boardroom to the Bedroom, expected release late 2019.
Cindy is also the founder and president of the Muskoka Authors Association
