Wellness for Women - Winter 2023
This program is all about self care. Learning to check in with ourselves through mindfulness and meditation along with learning other tools that help us to remember that we matter too.
Topics Include: creating a wellness plan that works for you, adapting to change, creativity, risk taking, setting boundaries, nurturing our inner child, why women matter and exploring Personality Dimensions.
